We currently ship orders within:
Domestic (India-wide) – All major cities and towns
If your location is not covered, please contact us before placing an order.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment.
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order is successfully placed.
Once shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS

While we aim for timely delivery, Garden Fresh Truptee Tea is not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier partner issues, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or if items are missing:
Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
