Return & Cancellation Policy

At Garden Fresh Truptee Tea, we are committed to providing you with high-quality tea and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return and Cancellation Policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within [7–15] days of delivery.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions may not be eligible for return

Non-returnable Items:

  • Opened tea packages

  • Perishable items

  • Gift cards or promotional items

How to Return:

  • We will guide you through the return process and provide the return address.

  • You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item.

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund

2. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

  • If the product was received damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging

3. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

Before Shipment:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they have not been shipped.

After Shipment:

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. You may return the item following our return policy after delivery.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will replace the product or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
